Sales Representative – Civil Construction & Engineering

What You’ll Be Doing:

🌟 Sales & Customer Experience

• Respond to incoming enquiries and convert them into sales
• Provide tailored advice on products and services used in civil construction and engineering
• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and face-to-face
• Spot and act on upselling opportunities that add real value

📈 Business Development

• Build strong client relationships across the construction and engineering sectors
• Attend industry events and stay across market trends
• Proactively chase new leads and opportunities
• Conduct site visits to understand client needs and deliver customised solutions

🛠 Operational Support

• Liaise with suppliers and assist with processing orders
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional workspace
• Follow internal systems, policies, and procedures closely

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 1+ year in sales or business development (industry experience a plus)
• Previous experience in a construction based role
• Comfortable using MYOB Advanced, Office 365 & CRM systems
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Confident working with clients at all levels, from site to office
• Current driver’s licence (essential)
• Cert III or IV in Business (desirable)
