We have an exciting opportunity available for a new team member to join our busy team. Your time will be split between Reception and assisting our team of experienced Consultants with the recruitment process and managing a high number of temporary employees.

Reporting to the Manager, you will gain valuable exposure to a range of recruitment-related activities including managing administration activities, posting job advertisements, candidate engagement activities, reference checking, etc. Eventually, you will have the skills to move into a Recruitment Consultant role

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  • Reception duties
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates face to face and over the phone
  • Mail/deliveries/Collection
  • Responsible for the presentation of the office
  • Office supplies and organising of maintenance
  • Reviewing Resumes
  • Candidate sourcing and onboarding
  • Organising Pre Employment Medicals
  • Supporting Payroll and Accounts with Administration Support
  • Compliance Checking Induction & Recruitment Packs
  • Entry Of Candidate details into the Data Base (WorkDesk)
  • Assist with Online Advertising
  • Supporting the Business with other Duties as they come to hand

Ideally, you will have had a background in Administration or Recruitment, have the capacity to think on your feet, work effectively as part of a team and have a genuine interest to work within the blue-collar recruitment field.

Based at the Accurate Recruitment Office in Geebung working in a full-time capacity with the hours being 8.30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday, 8.00 am – 4:00pm Friday. (38 Hours Per Week)
